Veteran Village Project

Veteran Village is a multi layered long term project to acquire land and work with veterans to build a community of tiny homes.  In collaboration with local support we believe it will  foster a sense of community and provide the camaraderie that so many miss after leaving the service and assist with transition, homelessness and community enrichment.  Through this project the veterans will be able to work with various trades and crafts giving them exposure to different career paths as well as real world experience and connections.   

A shelter would be built to provide housing for homeless veterans. Those provided with shelter would be asked to assist in building Tiny homes in the village.  These tiny homes would be used for multiple avenues such as pay it forward housing of homeless veterans, temporary housing for veterans in transition, as well as permanent housing for veterans and their families should they choose.
